Olivia R. Ponce
Olivia joined Minor & Jester, P.C. in August of 2023. Her primary practice areas include estate planning, probate, and real estate law.
A native of East Texas, Olivia embarked on her legal journey as a prosecutor in her hometown of Marshall, where she gained valuable experience handling cases involving juvenile and domestic violence crimes. However, her passion for the law extended beyond the courtroom. Olivia's affinity for drafting wills, real estate documents, and entity agreements for her expansive immediate family, which includes nine siblings, sparked her interest in estate planning and probate.
Driven by this newfound passion, Olivia transitioned into a more client-focused role, dedicating herself to estate planning and probate matters in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Her commitment to excellence led her to continuously expand her legal expertise, including delving into real estate and business legal issues. She even gained practical experience by working at a title company for a brief period.
Today, as a valued member of the Minor & Jester team, Olivia not only excels in estate planning and probate but also actively engages in real estate matters, business law, and assumes various responsibilities in civil litigation. Her multifaceted skill set and unwavering dedication make her an invaluable asset to our firm and a trusted advocate for our clients.
