Olivia R. Ponce

Olivia joined Minor & Jester, P.C. in Denton in 2023, where she manages the firm’s estate planning practice and represents clients in probate, guardianship, trust administration, and related litigation. She is trusted by individuals and families to design comprehensive estate plans, and by banks and financial institutions to safeguard their interests as executors, trustees, and creditors in complex estate and trust matters.

Her work spans the full spectrum of legacy and fiduciary law: from drafting wills and trusts to guiding fiduciaries through contested estates, guardianship disputes, and high-value trust administrations. Olivia also advises clients on business formation and real estate transactions, giving her the ability to handle both personal and business assets with precision.

Olivia began her career as a prosecutor in her hometown of Marshall, Texas, trying juvenile and domestic violence cases. She soon transitioned into estate and probate work in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, gaining additional experience in the title industry. Today, her blend of litigation background, transactional skill, and financial-institution representation make her a versatile advocate and trusted advisor across Denton County and beyond.

Outside the office, Olivia enjoys cooking Korean food, singing jazz, and spending time outdoors with her husband, Mario.
